Lasagne al Forno - Truly authentic Lasagne al Forno, lovingly crafted by the head chef at Casa Lasagna. Made using a secret family recipe which has been handed down by our Nonni' (grandparents) and brought across from Italia. Rustic slow-cooked beef ragù Bolognese, simmered gently for 6 hours infusing with freshly cut herbs and red wine, sitting alongside layers of creamy besciamella and zingy Grana Padano DOP cheese. Our signature dish, this Lasagne al Forno is constructed tall using sheets of fresh pasta - handmade by our chef using free-range eggs.

OR, Vegetarian Lasagne al Forno - Truly authentic Lasagne al Forno, lovingly crafted by the head chef at Casa Lasagna and adapted to be perfectly veggie-friendly (and you can't tell the difference!). Using a Quorn-based Ragu which has been given the time to absorb those rustic Italian flavours, this lasagne follows the same classic method of slow-cooked soffritto with red wine, fresh herbs, and developed over gentle heat for 6 hours. This punchy Ragù is layered alongside creamy besciamella and zingy vegetarian-friendly Italian hard cheese. Our signature dish, this Lasagne al Forno is constructed tall using sheets of fresh pasta handmade by our chef using free-range eggs.

Your lasagne will be served alongside freshly baked focaccia and a Caprese salad - authentic fresh mozzarella, basil, juicy tomatoes & lettuce.

To finish, Tiramisù Classico, made in partnership with North Star coffee! The classic Italian recipe with quality mascarpone cheese, espresso, fresh free-range eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, wheat sponge fingers & Disaronno. Not a fan of coffee? No worries, you can swap your dessert to be a trio of freshly made Cannoli instead!
