Bursting with bright, citrus notes, they conditioned their mixed fermentation sour base beer on Sicilian lemons, zest, and fresh orange juice. While a generous dry hop of Krush T90 and Azacca Cryo adds layers of tropical and stone fruit notes, balancing the tartness with a big, juicy finish.
